All U.S. orders are shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays via priority mail through the United States Postal Service. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for information.

Most International orders ship USPS priority mail at a flat rate of $20. Please note that all International orders may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility and are due upon receipt of the package. If you are sending a gift, please be sure the recipient is aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods. If an International order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs and duty charges will be billed to you. Once a package enters your country, these charges are not reversible, whether the package is delivered to you or not. If you are not available to receive the package and the package is abandoned, you are still responsible for all charges relating to the order. Please be aware of all related charges when ordering and check with your local customs office for details.

REBECCA beach offers refunds for full priced items returned within 14 days of the shipment date from our warehouse. The items must be returned unworn and unwashed with tags still intact, in saleable condition.

After we receive your return, inspect it and approve it, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for purchase. You will receive an email notification when the credit is issued. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles from the date received in our warehouse for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. REBECCA beach will only refund/credit the cost of merchandise returned. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping and duty charges are not refundable on international orders.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
1. A return and exchange form is enclosed with every package. Please fill out the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.
2. We accept returns/exchanges through FedEx, UPS and USPS.
3. Exchanges within the continental U.S. will be shipped USPS and no additional shipping charges will be incurred. Additional shipping charges will be applied if you are an international customer or if you request an expedited form of shipping.
4. If you are returning from outside the U.S., please send your package, including your return and exchange form, via a prepaid, insured and traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
